Raphael Chesori holds a B.Sc in Industrial Chemistry and M.Sc. in Nuclear Science from the University of Nairobi. He has participated widely in both local and international scientific forums and fellowships. Among the forums include those organized by the Kenya National Academy of Sciences (KNAS), Youth Agency for Development in Science, Technology and Innovation (YADSTI), National Commission for Science, Technology and Innovation (NACOSTI) and East Africa Association for Radiation Protection (EAARP). Raphael has also participated in a number of workshops and fellowships sponsored by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) that include; the School of Nuclear Knowledge Management in Trieste Italy, AFRA Training course on method validation and accreditation for chemical testing laboratories held in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia and the Seventh Annual World Nuclear University Summer Institute held at the Christ Church, University of Oxford, UK.
